चरम निर्देश
जो दोनों समय नियमित रूप से साधना करते हैं, मृत्युकाल में परमपुरुष की भावना उनके मन में अवश्य ही जगेगी और निश्चित रूप से उनकी मुक्ति होगी ही। अतः प्रत्येक आनन्दमार्गी को दोनों समय साधना करनी ही होगी- यही है परमपुरुष का निर्देश। यम-नियम के बिना साधना नहीं हो सकती। अतः यम-नियम का पालन करना भी परमपुरुष का ही निर्देश है। इस निर्देश की अवहेलना करने का अर्थ है कोटि-कोटि वर्षों तक पशु जीवन के क्लेश में दग्ध होना। किसी भी मनुष्य को उस क्लेश में दग्ध होना नहीं पड़े तथा परमपुरुष की स्नेहच्छाया में सभी आकर शा“वती शान्ति लाभ करें; इसलिये सभी मनुष्यों को आनन्दमार्ग के कल्याण पथ पर लाने की चेष्टा करना ही प्रत्येक आनन्दमार्गी का कर्त्तव्य है। दूसरों को सत् पथ का निर्देशन करना साधना का ही अङ्ग है।

SUPREME COMMAND
Those who perform sádhaná twice a day regularly, the thought of Parama Purus’a will certainly arise in their minds at the time of death; their liberation is a sure guarantee. Therefore, every Ánanda Má rgii will have to perform sádhaná twice a day invariably; verily is this the command of the Lord. Without Yama and Niyama, sádhaná is an impossibility; hence the Lord’s command is also to follow Yama and Niyama. Disobedience to this command is nothing but to throw oneself into the tortures of animal life for crores of years. That no one should undergo torments such as these, that everyone might be enabled to enjoy the eternal blessedness under the loving shelter of the Lord, it is the bounden duty of every Ánanda Má rgii to endeavour to bring all to the path of bliss. Verily is this a part and parcel of sádhaná, to lead others along the path of righteousness.
